woke up jaw ached
my teeth ground down to the bone
despite a dreamless sleep i
woke up listless as though
i had wandered for hours
my eyelids still heavy
they were wet and yet they burned
i anticipate some speedy change but
the sun still rises and the sun sets
on the same person
it's quite often
i fall asleep and wake up
thinking of the same thing
